This week we have Steven Clarke on the podcast who is a property businessman that realised he needed to escape the 'offshore trap' to spend more time with his young family. He'd dabbled in property from a relatively young age but it was only when his daughter Mia was born in 2016 that he jumped in to massively change his life through investing.
There's so many parallels I find between Steven's journey and my own and expect to find out the drivers for why he got into property in the first place and the sacrifices and challenges he faced going 'full-time'.
